Hub One, subsidiary of the Groupe ADP, acquires Sysdream and becomes a key player in the cybersecurity industry

Hub One, subsidiary of Groupe ADP and information and communication technology service firm acting in a professional environment, announces the acquisition of Sysdream, a French player in cybersecurity.

This acquisition is in line with Hub One's strategy which targets a revenue between €200 and €300 million within a period of five to eight years. Through this operation, Hub One finalizes its industrial cybersecurity project based on three pillars: training, consulting/auditing, and managed services.
The merger between Hub One and Sysdream comes from a shared vision to provide services to companies with a level of security, based on a unique and high value-added service  offer, and  to act on the full service chain of cybersecurity market: technical, organizational and human.

Founded in 2004, Sysdream is a renowned expert in cybersecurity, PASSI [1] certified (a certification delivered by ANSSI (French National Agency of Information System Security). The company has a strong growth and its revenue stood at €3.9 million in 2017. The strong and unique expertise of Sysdream will add to historical know-how of Hub One in the perimeter of airport security (network, firewall, LAN) from the airport environment, thus strengthening its cybersecurity activity. Hub One completes the implementation of its third strategic division dedicated to  Cybersecurity,  while  allowing  Sysdream  to  maintain  its  characteristics, its expertise and staff.

"With Sysdream, we are continuing with the implementation of our cybersecurity industrial project started several months ago thanks to a dedicated team and with the mobilization of Hub One's staffs around the challenge of cybersecurity, says Guillaume de Lavallade, Chief Executive Officer of Hub One. This acquisition gives Hub One all the components to become a global player on the cybersecurity market."
