Appointments within Groupe ADP

Augustin de Romanet, Chairman and CEO of Aéroports de Paris SA - Groupe ADP, has made the following appointments:

Bertrand SIRVEN has been appointed Chief Communications Officer, member of the Executive Committee, effective September 1st, 2022, replacing Elise Hermant who is leaving the group.

On this occasion, Augustin de Romanet said: "I would like to thank Elise Hermant for all the work accomplished within Groupe ADP since 2013. Her action has contributed to the influence and transformation of the image and reputation of our company in a strategic period. I would also like to welcome Bertrand Sirven, who is a seasoned and recognized professional in the communication professions."

Loïc AUBOUIN, current General Counsel and Chief Insurance Officer, joins the group's Executive Committee.

In addition :

Justine LEGER has been appointed Head of Medias and Reputation Department, effective August 31th, 2022, replacing Lola Bourget who is leaving the group. In her new position, Justine Léger will report to Bertrand Sirven.
At the same time, Justine Leger becomes Vice President of the group's innovation network, where she will be in charge of supporting the internationalisation of the group's innovation policy.

About Bertrand Sirven
Bertrand Sirven, 43, is a graduate of Sciences-Po Paris. He began his career in 2003 as Secretary of Foreign Affairs at the Quai d'Orsay (French Foreign Affairs Ministry). From 2005 to 2007, he was technical advisor for press in the office of Prime Minister Dominique de Villepin.
From 2007 to 2009, he was spokesman for the French Embassy in Algeria. From 2010 to 2012, he was advisor in charge of communication at the French Minister of Agriculture.
From 2012 to 2014, he was associate director of the influence division of Havas WW Paris agency, then director of communications for Nestlé France between 2014 and 2017.
He then joined the French Ministry of Economy and Finance to hold various positions, including that,in 2018, of deputy head of staff within the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
Since 2020, he was Chief Officer within Heroiks, a communication agency.

About Loïc Aubouin
Loïc Aubouin, 44, has a degree in law from the Paris II Panthéon-Assas University and a DESS (Master's degree) in Public Procurements and Concessions from the University of Poitiers.
He began his career in 2000 as a lawyer in the legal department of Veolia Environment. In 2006, he joined Bouygues Construction Group as a lawyer in the legal affairs and internal control department, then became Corporate Legal Director for Bouygues Construction Group, from 2011 to 2018.
Loïc Aubouin joined Groupe ADP as General Counsel and Chief Insurance Officer in 2018.

About Justine Leger
Justine Leger, 31, is graduated from the School of Communication at Sciences Po Paris and holds a degree  in modern literature (Paris IV Sorbonne). She began her career in 2015 as a communication and media officer in the office of Alain Vidalies, Secretary of State for Transport, Sea and Fisheries.
In 2017, she joined Groupe ADP's communications department as innovation and sustainable development press officer.
Since November 2020, she was chief of staff to Edward Arkwright, Deputy CEO.
