One year after its presentation to the press and investors, Groupe ADP provides an initial update on the progress of its strategic plan Connect 2020. This strategic plan aimed to express company's full potential to meet the triple challenge of competitiveness, attractiveness and growth, through 3 main priorities (common to all business lines):
1) OPTIMIZE to make the most of our resources (facilities, processes, and financial performance):
- improve operational efficiency and better serve airlines. To achieve this, we have embarked on a record €4.6 billion CAPEX program (including €3 billion in regulated activities);
- optimise our pricing structure, pursue our productivity efforts and reduce costs to become more competitive (8% reduction in cost per passenger between 2015-2020 on the regulated perimeter).
2) ATTRACT, to affirm that we're living in a competitive environment, and that we must become our customers' preferred choice.
We must target excellence to enhance the attractiveness of the Paris-CDG hub, guarantee a passenger experience of the highest international standards, attract new talent and enhance the value of our brand;
3) EXPAND to stimulate and share sustainable growth (with the surrounding territories) by opening up new horizons and positioning ourselves as a global player.
