Paris Aéroport opens its doors to Notre-Dame de Paris and celebrates its reopening

- Paris is about to experience a historic moment: the reopening of Notre-Dame Cathedral. A timeless symbol of art and spirituality, this emblematic monument is being reborn after years of restoration. It is in this spirit that Paris Aéroport celebrates the reopening and pays tribute to the iconic Notre-Dame de Paris.
- From December 2024 to March 2025, passengers will be able to marvel at the cathedral's majestic installations on the large windows of Terminal 2E Hall K at Paris-Charles de Gaulle and on the façade of Orly 3. Before taking off, passengers will be able to leave with one last unique snapshot of Notre-Dame de Paris.

This initiative embodies Paris Aéroport's commitment to promoting culture and heritage, by forging a unique bond with its passengers.
The autumn issue of Paris Vous Aime Magazine, with a print run of over 300,000 copies and distributed free of charge by Paris Aéroport to all terminals and dozens of hotels in the capital, already featured a front-page story on the cathedral's renovation.

This echo in Paris airports seemed all the more natural given that airports are places of historical heritage, like Terminal 1, which evolve with the times, transforming themselves, while respecting the past, to meet the needs of travelers and societal challenges.
Every year, Paris Aéroport offers millions of passengers the first and last memory of Paris. Paris airports are committed to promoting culture, the art of living, gastronomy, design and the richness of French culture, and resonate with everything that makes up Paris and its cultural highlights of worldwide renown.

All year round, Paris Aéroport offers more than 20 exhibitions in its terminals, designed in collaboration with major cultural institutions (Musée d'Orsay, Quai Branly, Château de Chantilly, Muséum national d'Histoire naturelle, MAC VAL, etc.) and young French artists (Léo Caillard, Jean-François Rauzier, The Parisianer collective).
Special events are also organized for passengers, and sometimes for the general public (DepART art festival, dances designed by Mourad Merzouki for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, Terminal 1 concert, etc.).

Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Paris-Orly and Paris-Le Bourget airports are heritage sites in their own right: their iconic terminals are cathedrals of light, opening up horizons to the millions of passengers who use them.

Paris Aéroport welcomes you to Paris, welcome to Notre-Dame
