Augustin de Romanet, Chairman and CEO of Aéroports de Paris SA - Groupe ADP, made the following appointments:
Starting March 2020, 2nd:
Édouard MARCUS is appointed Chief Financial, Management and Strategy Officer.
Édouard Marcus, 43, was previously, head of legal and taxation department within the Ministry for Government Action and Public Accounts.
He is a former student of the Ecole Normale Supérieure (ENS) and a graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Studies (IEP Paris) and the French National School of Administration (ENA - Copernicus promotion) and holds a master's degree in business law and corporate taxation from the University of Paris II.
He has spent his entire career in public administration, notably in the Direction de la Législation Fiscale (Tax Policy Department) and in the Direction Générale des Finances Publiques (French Tax Administration). In 2005, he was technical advisor in the Delegated Minister for Budget and State reform's office.
Édouard Marcus replaces Clément Lafaix, who leaves the group. He will report to Philippe Pascal, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer Finance, Strategy & Administration.
Starting March 2020, 16th:
Pierre ABRAHAM is appointed Managing Director for terminals 2 ABCD at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport.
Pierre Abraham, 39, graduated from Civil Aviation French School (ENAC) and Nanyang Technological University of Singapore, held previously the job of Revenue Management, Pricing & Distribution Director at Corsair International (French airline).
He began his career in the Revenue Management at Europcar International, then at Air France. From 2012 to 2016, he worked for Air France, first as head of economic relations between the airline and Groupe ADP, then as head of supports for the baggage activity of Air France Hub at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport.
Within Groupe ADP, Pierre Abraham will report to Marc Houalla, Executive Director and Director of Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport.
Starting April 2020, 13th:
Nathalie CHAILLY is appointed Managing Director for Passenger and Terminal Process at Paris-Orly Airport.
Nathalie Chailly, 44, worked previously for Air Austral as director of strategic partnership between this airline and Air Madagascar.
Graduated from ENSAT (Agronomic School in Toulouse) and ESCP (Business School in Paris), she began her career in air transport industry in 2000 within the teams of the "Roland Garros" Reunion Island Airport, where she conducted the first ISO certification by positioning passengers at the heart of the process.
Between May 2011 and August 2017, she was acting as general secretary, then as interim director Reunion Air Assistance group, subsidiary of Air Austral in charge of ground handling and airport safety.
Within Groupe ADP, Nathalie Chailly will report to Régis Lacote, Director of Paris-Orly Airport.
