The company was informed today of the President of the French Republic's project to appoint Mr. Philippe Pascal as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Groupe ADP, and of the upcoming referral to the President of the National Assembly and the President of the Senate so that the relevant committees of each chamber may express their opinion, in accordance with the provisions of the fifth paragraph of Article 13 of the Constitution.
During this process, Mr. Augustin de Romanet remains Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company.
The company's board of directors had entrusted, several months ago, the remuneration, nominations and governance committee, chaired by Mrs. Sylvia Metayer, with the task of working on the succession of Mr. de Romanet in order to identify the best candidates for this position.
Mr. Philippe Pascal, Inspector General of Finances, has been Deputy Executive Officer of the company in charge of finance, strategy and administration since May 2016.
Born in 1971, he joined Groupe ADP in February 2013 as Director of Financial Operations and Participations, then Director of finance, management and strategy.
