This committee, made up of 16 external figures, represents the various stakeholders of Groupe ADP and is intended to provide a collective reflection aimed at anticipating the transformations of the economy and society. Its field of reflection will cover issues related to tourism, the attractiveness of territories, climate challenges and the evolution of human resources practices. This committee will also monitor the application of the group's "raison d'être".
Groupe ADP's Stakeholder Committee is an opportunity to establish a regular and fruitful dialogue with the stakeholders and insiders directly or indirectly concerned by the airport activity. It will enable the company to take the pulse of society, to discuss forward-looking issues and to sound out the major trends useful to be taken into account in its long-term strategy.
It will provide an international forward-looking vision for the Group's strategic orientations, through the transdisciplinary viewpoint of external observers. Its recommendations will be used, among other things, to feed the annual risk mapping process, to challenge the prioritization of the group's CSR challenges, to feed the strategic orientations and to strengthen our capacity to anticipate the transformations of our activity and our ecosystem.
The first meeting of this Stakeholder Committee held on Tuesday July, 6th.
On this occasion, Augustin de Romanet, Chairman and CEO of Aéroports de Paris SA - Groupe ADP declared: "We have setup our "raison d'être" in 2020 "to welcome passengers, to operate and to imagine airports, responsibly and throughout the world", in order to reaffirm our commitment to the service of our stakeholders and the sustainable transition of air transport. This committee brings together a wide range of personalities, whose expertise and experience will enable us to better adapt Grouped ADP to the coming major changes".
The 16 members of Groupe ADP's Stakeholder Committee were selected for their specific knowledge and skills on key CSR issues for Groupe ADP. They are:

- Alain BATTISTI, Chairman of the french Fédération Nationale de l'Aviation Marchande (FNAM);
- Olivier BOUCHER, Director of Research at CNRS and climatologist at the Pierre-Simon Laplace Institute;
- Pierre-Guy COSIMI, General Secretary of the Syndicat National du Transport Aérien et des Aéroports (SNTA) CFDT;
