- In partnership with Doxamed, starting in April 2025, the Groupe ADP will offer all its employees the opportunity to undergo a comprehensive, anonymous, and voluntary health check-up, fully covered by the company.
- This initiative, the first of its kind in France on a company-wide scale, will be offered to nearly 1,000 employees annually, working at Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly airports, in partnership with Doxamed, a specialist in providing healthcare access to the population for the past five years.
- This approach is part of our revamped occupational health and safety policy, which emphasizes personalized health and safety support for employees, in addition to the two existing occupational health and safety departments.
The aim is to allow all employees to assess their health, identify risk factors, detect and prevent potential health issues, and receive advice on improving their lifestyle:
- Specific areas will be set up within airports, close to the workplace, to ensure accessibility and high-quality services;
- In the first year, priority will be given to employees over 45 who work long hours;
- Appointments can be made online, by email, or by phone.
Each patient will have a 2-hour appointment for a general clinical check-up, including a blood test, as well as more specialized assessments in several areas: audiology, ophthalmology, dentistry, spirometry, cardiology, dermatology and posturology.
Appointments will be managed by a nurse on an ongoing basis, with remote support from specialist doctors through teleconsultation.
This assessment will complement the systems and initiatives of the occupational health departments, reflecting our commitment to offering personalized preventive healthcare support to Groupe ADP employees.
It is a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for all, providing peace of mind, and boosting confidence through tangible actions, all focused on their future well-being.
"I wanted the company to make a strong, long-term commitment to improving health prevention for all our staff. We are proud to be the first to roll out this initiative on such a large scale, ensuring that all 6,000 of our employees can benefit, not just senior executives, as is often the case. In light of the challenges surrounding access to healthcare, companies have a significant responsibility, as employee health is essential to quality of life and well-being in the workplace" emphasizes Augustin de Romanet, Chairman and CEO of Groupe ADP.
"I can identify four strong points in the system offered to Groupe ADP employees: the fact that the assessment is carried out 100% on the two airports; the presence of the same nurse with the employee throughout the assessment; the partnership with a multidisciplinary medical practice expert in teleconsultation, whose doctors can prescribe additional examinations at the end of the assessment, particularly for employees who do not have a regular doctor; and a comprehensive and innovative preventive health program, thanks to the use of cutting-edge technologies" said Arnaud Molinié, President of Doxamed.
