Groupe ADP, until now the owner of four buildings ("even numbers"), announces the acquisition of the four remaining buildings ("odd numbers") of the Le Dôme property complex, comprising eight buildings with a total surface area of 39,000 sq.m.
Located in the eastern side of the Roissypole business district, at the very heart of Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport, these office buildings are positioned along an indoor street. They were designed in 1990 by Groupe ADP and their construction was completed in 1993 by the developer Kaufman & Broad.

Serge Grzybowski, Chief Real Estate Officer at Groupe ADP declared: “This is a fantastic opportunity for Groupe ADP for a number of reasons. The acquisition of this iconic property, in its entirety, means we will have full control over the management and marketing thereof. So we can strengthen our position as investor, as outlined in our Connect 2020 strategic plan. This acquisition forms part of our plan to create an airport city, the attractiveness and connectivity of which will soon be drastically enhanced with the completion of the CDG Express rail link and the Grand Paris Express metro.”
The purchase of these four buildings takes place in the context of the early termination of the building lease, originally planned to last 24 years and means Groupe ADP will become landlord to 45 new leases, generating a gross annual rent, excluding taxes and charges, of approximately €3 million.
