Located in the eastern side of the Roissypole business district, at the very heart of Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport, these office buildings are positioned along an indoor street. They were designed in 1990 by Groupe ADP and their construction was completed in 1993 by the developer Kaufman & Broad.

The purchase of these four buildings takes place in the context of the early termination of the building lease, originally planned to last 24 years and means Groupe ADP will become landlord to 45 new leases, generating a gross annual rent, excluding taxes and charges, of approximately €3 million.
