Groupe ADP, as the site developer, and the Jallu-Berthier Group, as investor and operator, have signed a building lease for the construction of a Volkswagen car and utility vehicle dealership at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport.
This dealership of 2,150 sq.m, built on an 8,700 sq.m plot, will be located close to the Aéroville shopping mall and an Audi auto sales which is currently under construction. This second vehicle dealership on the airport grounds will contribute to the growing appeal of the Aéroville district, which intends to become an “automotive village” home to premium brands.
Construction works have already begun, with completion scheduled for autumn 2018.

- a 350 sq.m showroom for new vehicles, boasting the latest in digital technology ;
- external display and sales areas dedicated to used vehicles and utility vehicles ;
- a repair shop comprising 7 workstations and 2 quick-repair bays for cars and utility vehicles.

This vehicle dealership will offer a vast number of innovative services, both in terms of opening hours and Express maintenance services: 60-min service for cars and 90-min service for utility vehicles. A comprehensive maintenance and valet service will be offered to customers who commit to a long-term lease or who have a Volkswagen maintenance contract.
Rapid charging stations will be available for plug-in hybrid and electric vehicles, reflecting the future of automobiles through the new Jallu-Berthier Group motto: “Your mobility Our commitment”.
Lastly, a car body shop service will also be available thanks to its proximity to the site at Villaines-sous-Bois.
