Signing of a building lease for the setting up of Audi facility at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Aiport

As part of its commitment to continually improving the range of services on offer to passengers, employees, local residents and businesses at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport, Groupe ADP, in its capacity as site developer, has signed a building lease with car manufacturer Audi, for the design and development of a new facility that will house a 4,600 sq.m Audi car dealership on a 1 hectare plot close to the Aéroville shopping centre.
This will be the first car dealership facility ever to be set up at the airport.

Serge Grzybowski, Real Estate Director at Groupe ADP said: "The opening of the Aéroville shopping centre in 2013 created new momentum for the surrounding land, of which Groupe ADP is the owner and developer. The upcoming arrival of Audi, a group known for its high-quality products, marks an important milestone in the diversification of the service offering at Aéroville, which we intend to develop further over the next four years.”

Both visible and directly accessible from the A1 and A104 motorways, this facility is scheduled to open its doors in 2018 and will offer an extensive range of services to existing and new Audi customers (both private and corporate).

The new dealership will include:
- an innovative showroom of new vehicles, boasting the latest in digital technology;
- an exhibition and sales area for second-hand vehicles, with an adjoining 175-space car park;
- a repair shop with a dedicated drop-off area.
